Welcome to St. George’s Church of England Primary School.  We are looking forward to the opportunity to work with you and your child/ children. 
St. George’s is one of the smallest church schools in Plymouth and comprises of a purpose built unit set in extensive grounds with play areas and field.   The aim of our school is to provide the best all round education for your child.  Through our positive Christian ethos we celebrate children’s successes at every opportunity and encourage pupils to appreciate the achievements of others. 
At our school we believe in working hard to develop an effective partnership between children, parent and school.  We try to develop the ‘whole child’ therefore we not only teach the National Curriculum but pride ourselves in giving children the opportunities needed to develop in other areas including their creative and sporting talents, and their personal and social skills.

We are very keen to involve the community in our school and have developed strong links with our local church, St. Paul’s where I know you will enjoy a warm welcome.
