08.06.22 Mini Red Tennis at The Life Centre Year 3/4 hosted by PSSP

A huge well done to our Mini Red Tennis Team who competed against other schools from across Plymouth this evening in a tournament hosted by PSSP at The Life Centre. They took part in single matches, then played doubles.
This was the first time these children have played competitively against other schools and they all played amazingly and had good matches. All the children demonstrated the school games values of passion, self-belief, determination, teamwork, honesty and respect and they should be feeling very proud of their performances. They have definitely earned a bowl of strawberries and cream in true Wimbledon style!
Any event wouldn’t be complete in 2022 unless we squeezed in a photo opportunity with Perry the Birmingham Commonwealth Games Mascot!
